11) If a customer loses their checkbook and it becomes unusable, Rs. 100/- will be charged for issuing a new checkbook with 30 leaves.
12) After issuing a check in a savings/current account, if there is insufficient balance according to the rules, Rs. 100/- will be charged per check for not clearing the check and will be recovered by putting a note on such accounts.
13) In savings accounts, if the required financial year interest is not maintained, as well as no transaction is made in the current account, Rs. 100/- will be charged as maintenance charges at the end of March. Maintenance charges are also applicable for Reserve Fund and Special Asset Deposit Accounts.
14) In savings accounts, if additional interest besides interest in the financial year is not maintained, and in current accounts, if no transaction occurs, Rs. 100/- will be recovered as maintenance charges at the end of March. Maintenance charges are also applicable for Reserve Fund and Special Asset Deposit Accounts.
15) Providing the balance of savings and current accounts:-

17) Stop Payment:
A charge of Rs. 200/- for each stop payment for all types of accounts. Additional postage charges will be recovered for registered mail delivery. However, the bank will not take any responsibility for the existing check once it has passed.
18) Cheque Returning Charges:
a) Cheque returning charges in case of non-availability of funds in the account:
  • 1) Outstation Cheque --------------- Rs. 250/-
  • 2) Local Cheque --------------- Rs. 250/-
b) If the cheques provided by the account holder are returned due to any reason, Rs. 400/- cheque return charges should be levied.
c) Cheque Return Unpaid Charges: If the payment instruction provided by the account holder fails due to any reason, a cheque return unpaid charge of Rs. 150/- should be charged for each instruction.
19) If attached to our bank - for loans sanctioned by cooperative sugar factories, a commission should not be levied for the "Khankade Class.".
20) The District Council, Gayat Committee, Gram Panchayat, and Maharashtra State Tribal Development Corporation have purchased. Commission rates should not be levied on purchases made on DD/MT.
21) Commission should not be levied on the cash received from cooperative societies' banks and cooperative agricultural loans' cheques or the deposited withholding amount.
22) If sanctioned by the bank for medium-term and long-term loans, a commission should not be levied on the drafts given to the dealer for mutual payment. However, a postage charge of Rs. 25/- should be deposited for sending advice.
23) When the bank is in adverse circumstances with other nationalized banks or other banks, the bank should not levy a commission on the amount collected by stopping and holding funds available for them. However, when nationalized or other banks themselves provide cash to our bank/branch, handling charges of Rs. 150/- per draft should be charged within a week, excluding service tax, and the amount collected should be deposited in the clearing account.
24) If the clearinghouse of urban / peoples / cooperative banks and cooperative societies (for cooperative societies that have been granted a concession in the commission by the Municipal Office). Banks) from one branch to another branch for depositing checks, a handling charge of Rs. 180/- should be levied. This concession should not be given to the branches / banks attached to these banks / cooperatives. However, a handling charge of Rs. 180/- should be charged instead of a concession of Rs. 10 paise per lakh for MT/DD/TT. The amount of handling charges should be deposited in the postage account along with the postage account.
25) When cash is received from nationalized or other banks by R.T.G.S./T.T./D.D., handling charges of Rs. 400/- should be levied.
26) For urban / peoples banks and banks' check clearing through the clearinghouse in rural areas, Rs. 12/- handling charges should be levied for each check submitted to urban / peoples banks. Additional postage charges of Rs. 25/- (for sending advice) will be recovered. The handling charges and the amount for postage charges should be deposited in the postage account.
27) If any account holder has given some written instructions (Standing Instruction) related to their transactions on their account (e.g., deducting amounts into LIC accounts), Rs. 100/- should be charged for each instruction received. Current charges will not be taken from the existing or former bank staff.
28) Processing Charges for Bad Agriculture Loan Cases:
  • Co-op Society        a) Up to Rs. 25,000/- ------------------- No charges
  •                            b) From Rs. 25,001/- to Rs. 2,00,000/- ------------------- Rs. 300/-
  •                            c) For amounts above Rs. 2,00,000/- - Rs. 10/- per lakh with a minimum of Rs. 350/-
  • Personal Loan: a) Up to Rs. 1 lakh ----------------- Rs. 250/-
  •                            b) From Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 2 lakhs - ----------------- Rs. 500/-
  •                            c) Above Rs. 2 lakhs ------------------ Rs. 1000/-
29) Bank's present / former employees are not eligible for commission up to Rs. 25,000/- on the same day. However, postage charges should be taken. Also, if the DD/MT commission exceeds Rs. 25,000/-, commission should be deducted from the above amount according to the rules, and commission should be taken according to the rules for the remaining amount, and this benefit should be given once a month.
30) a) Income tax refund, LIC check, etc. without commission. However, if there are checks outside the village, postage charges should be collected. b) Bank employees' namesake checks without commission. For this, postage calculation should not be done.
31) If there is a change in the authorized signatories, Rs. 60/- should be charged for each change (excluding cooperative societies).
32) For changing the organization's name ------------- Rs. 500/-
33) College running acceptance --------------- Rs. 6/- per transaction
34) For collecting the cheque that is kept in the bank's locker, Rs. 100/- should be collected for each cheque at the end of the year
35) Nominal Member Fee: If customers / account holders become bank shareholders, according to prevailing bye-laws, shareholder fee of Rs. 100/- should be charged. And as per the prevailing bye-laws, shareholder fee should be charged for changes occurring from time to time.
36) For the members of dairy cooperative societies attached to the branch, for collecting members' dairy payments in the branch register and keeping them in the savings / current account, for each member's registration, monthly Rs. 10/- charges should be collected. The existing monthly charges should be collected by putting the name of the society in the branch's account. These monthly charges should be collected once a month.
37) a) To provide prompt service to bank customers, the authority given to the branch manager to immediately deposit the check amounts received from the villages with the collection of Rs. 5000/- outside the pavilion, for each local check, Rs. 20/- and for checks outside the village, minimum Rs. 25/- or commission of 35 paisa for every Rs. 100 should be charged. Postage charges should be collected for courier service at Rs. 25/- or directly collect the postage charges from the account holder.
b) Similarly, the reserved bank's checks / LIC / insurance company / government (district council, pensioner, provident fund, etc.) treasury passing checks given to local and out-of-town account holders for collection are accepted in the ABP. However, such ABP benefits are subject to the conditions specified in the circular no. 89/35 JN. No. Banking / Jan. / 89/4246 dated 3-1-2005. For such ABP, commission of Rs. 70 paise should be charged for each out-of-town check and postage charges directly received from the account holder. For local checks, charges up to Rs. 10000/-, Rs. 25/- and for Rs. 10000/- and above, charges of Rs. 75/- should be collected and commission should be deposited in the account.
c) For Jalgaon District Group Secretary Cooperative Society Marya. Jalgaon, if the society members are given checks for the loan granted by the society, Rs. 35/- should be charged for each transaction and commission should be deposited in the account, and postage charges should be collected directly.
d) For Jalgaon District Madhy. The teachers and non-teaching staff cooperative societies, if checks are issued for loan applications received by the members, commission and postage charges should be collected.
