PFMS - Public Financial Management System is a system implemented by the central and state governments to disburse various grants, subsidies, and other financial benefits available through various schemes directly into the bank accounts of beneficiaries.

The Central Know Your Customer (CKYC) facility is managed by the Indian government's Central Registry of Securitization Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest (CERSAI). Once the CKYC process is completed through any bank, mutual fund, or insurance company, all customer information is digitally stored on a single server.

The Mandate Management System (MMS) facilitates automatic debits from the accounts of bank borrowers to credit designated dates in other banks and also for the automatic remittance of insurance premiums, mutual fund installments, etc., from the district bank accounts on scheduled dates.

QR code-based facility is available for bank savings and current account holders to receive various amounts.

SMS alert service is available for all bank account holders. Registered mobile numbers receive SMS notifications about transactions on their accounts.

The Cardsafe mobile app is available for all ATM cardholders. Customers can change their ATM PIN from their mobile phones and set limits on transactions.
